MEAT MUFFINS WITH EGG

Ingredients:
Ground beef 300 g
Egg 4 pcs
Sauce:
Medium tomato 1 pc
Grated cheese 20 g
Salt, pepper, favorite spices to taste
Ingredients:
300 g ground beef
4 egg
Sauce:
1 medium tomato
20 g grated cheese
Salt, pepper, favorite seasonings to taste
Preparation:
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, mix well. Form 4 balls.
Put the balls in muffin molds, make 4 meat tartlets (make a depression) and bake them in an oven preheated to 180C for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place a teaspoon of tomato, cheese and seasoning sauce in the center of the meat tartlet.
Sauce: Chop the tomato in a blender and cook for 5 minutes, add grated cheese, salt and seasonings to taste.
Add an egg to each tartlet. Bake for 5-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
In order not to overexpose the yolk, control the process.
