A breathwork session can look simple from the outside.
Someone breathes. A facilitator gives a few cues. The session moves forward.
But just because it seems simple doesn’t mean it ain’t complex.
Underneath the simplicity, there are decisions happening the entire time.
What are we working toward today? Where is this person starting from? Which part of the breath deserves attention? How much is enough? What language will help? Do I continue, adapt, or give more space? How do I help the experience land?
These are the kinds of things that shape the session far more than any single breathing technique. They are also difficult to understand through information alone.
Experience is our best teacher.
That is why I am hosting a free Open Session on August 5.
For the first 30 minutes, I will guide a live breathing experience. For the final 30, I will break the session down step by step and show you under the hood of my process.
So if you want to learn how to facilitate and coach breathwork, or are already a facilitator who wants more depth, discernment, and confidence in the way they guide, then come for this unique experience.
