🥳🥳🥳🥳
Doctors once said he wouldn't survive, and if he did, he'd live in a vegetative state. At 6 months old, a virus left Àlex Roca Campillo with cerebral palsy, 76% disability, and the inability to speak.
In March 2023, he finished the Barcelona Marathon in 5 hours, 50 minutes, and 51 seconds, becoming the first person with such a severe disability to complete a full marathon.
He's also finished 5 triathlons and the grueling Titan Desert mountain bike race across Morocco. Unable to speak, Àlex communicates through sign language, but his actions say it all.
What "impossible" thing will you attempt today?
