Want to stop understanding your patterns & still being stuck in them? (I'll show you why for free)

If you're someone who's done the work — therapy, journaling, breathwork, inner child — and you're ready for your nervous system to actually catch up, without:

❌ Breakthroughs that wear off before the week ends
❌ Knowing exactly what triggers you and still getting triggered
❌ Being "calm" in theory but wired in your body by 9am

Join me inside this free training: Beyond Mindset: How to Solve the Root Cause of Every Problem Once and For All

By the end you'll discover:
✅ Why insight alone never becomes integration and what has to happen in the nervous system first
✅ The one thing therapy, mindset work, and breathwork all skip (and why it keeps you looping) ✅ How to interrupt the pattern at the source so your body stops running the old program on autopilot
✅ The specific inputs that reliably produce change and how to apply them yourself today

So if you're ready to stop living in "I know better… why can't I do better?" and want a process that actually rewires the loop...

DM me CALM and I’ll send you the link

You really want to get along, but somehow you always end up arguing with your significant other.

The reason may not be what you think.

In this week’s episode, Liz Larson and Bill McKenna talk about how hidden shame can quietly run underneath a relationship and make it feel impossible to be wrong, impossible to soften, and impossible to be truly vulnerable.

So even when you love each other, even when you want peace, you may still find yourself defending, shutting down, blaming, reacting, or fighting over and over again.

Not because you’re broken.
Not because the relationship is doomed.
But because there may be a pattern stuck in the nervous system that is driving the conflict behind the scenes.

That is why some relationships feel tense no matter how hard you try, while others feel safe, easy, and accepting. In truly connected relationships, there is room to be human. Room to be imperfect. Room to be loved without bracing for impact.

If you’ve ever wondered why you keep having the same fight in a different form, this episode is for you.

Airing this week on the UK Health Radio Network and on YouTube on the Cognomovement channel.

You may call it being humble.
You may call it being giving.
You may call it being the strong one, the helpful one, the one who always shows up.

But for a lot of people, it’s deeper than that.

It’s the pattern of shame.

It can look like overgiving. Overdoing. Putting everyone else first. Bringing four dishes when one would do. Babysitting everyone’s kids. Carrying the emotional weight in every room. Not because you’re trying to get attention… but because somewhere deep in the body, it feels like you have to earn your right to matter.

That is not a character flaw.
And it is not your fault.

When shame gets stuck in the nervous system, it can quietly become the pattern underneath your whole life. It can make you feel like your value depends on what you do for everyone else. It can make rest feel wrong. Boundaries feel selfish. Receiving feel uncomfortable. And no matter how much you give, it still doesn’t feel like enough.

At CognoConscious in Mt. Shasta, we don’t just talk about these patterns. We help you find them in the body and clear them at the root.

When that pattern starts to lift, people often feel more energy, more peace, more ease in relationships, more freedom to be themselves, and less pressure to constantly prove their worth.

You were never meant to live like you have to earn permission to exist.

Mt. Shasta is where we go deep.
CognoConscious is where these old patterns begin to lose their grip.
