So YES it is okay to eat a bagel sandwich on a random week day when you feel like it!
Bagels don’t need to be off limits because they are “bad” or reserved as hangover cures or for “cheat days” and sandwiches don’t need to be between bell peppers or a lettuce wrap because it’s “healthier” …
It’s the over-restriction & many food rules that are making you feel MORE out of control with food, giving you wild cravings, and causing you to over eat.
^^ so we have to let those go!!
