I’m not generally an advocate of GoFundMe - but my close friend has a legitimate cause which really needs funding. Her Mom had a stroke, will likely be unable to care for herself again, and like most Americans had no safety net, which put her kids in an expensive and difficult situation overnight.

As someone who lost my Dad this past summer in a similarly sudden and unexpected way, this cause really speaks to me.
