We are currently screening and accepting candidates in SAN DIEGO County, California to receive dental implants as part of our continuing education programs for already licensed dentists in California.

Please note: A dental implant does include multiple parts and follow-up appointments for multiple reasons, to include post-opt check-ups.
Patients have an opportunity to get it for free and/or heavily discounted implants and associated surgical procedures in its entirety.
Once candidates sign-up on the waitlist LINK BELOW and come in for a free 3D CBCT x-ray and initial examination, a licensed dentist will discuss with you all options available as it is case dependent to qualify.
As there is a very big need, please understand any no shows for the initial appointment or non-call backs will be removed from this amazing opportunity.
In addition, please note there may be a discounted fee associated when time comes to restore your free implant with a tooth crown approximately 4-6 months after your receive your implant.
In closing, we are able to provide these free and/or heavily discounted offers due to having multiple types of dental continuing education events throughout the year that can assist with reducing the cost for patients.
We are also supported by non-profit organizations that actively seek to help those in need.
