Fiery Leo Solar Eclipse

Your Shamanic Weather August 12, 2026

The Fiery Leo Solar Eclipse is a total eclipse. You can follow the path of totality and partial eclipse at this NASA site.

Even if you can’t see it, you feel it. You’ve been feeling it, and you will for weeks and months to come.

FIERY LEO
Hear Me Roar Leo energy vibrates through all of us demanding personal leadership, alchemical magic, and mighty, loving hearts.
All of us are feeling that urge to do something now, make a change, make a difference. The Lion’s focus is on your belief in who you are.

Remember, Fire is the element of quick and irrevocable transformation.

GETTING HOTTER
Each of these influencers are in the Zodiacal Sign of Leo, pushing up the temps!
~Outer You Sun - Illuminates the landscape and makes you step forward.
~Inner You Sun - Turns your eye inward to look at how you “lead” your life.
~Messenger Mercury - Ah, the wake up call is here. You can’t sleep through this alarm!
~Let Me Super Size That For You Jupiter - Could swell your ego, or your heart.
~Dragon’s Tail South Node - Major purge, from stuff to relationships to people, karmic release.

MORE SOLAR ECLIPSE NOTES
This New Moon we don’t plant seeds or initiate actions. Not for any Eclipse! The South Node, where the Eclipse occurs, has us cleaning up, purging, and preparing for our new direction. We enter a portal of transmutation to arrive at a new destination with the Lunar Eclipse Full Moon on August 27-28.

Normally, I’d be offering a Shamanic Master Journey for this Eclipse. Health challenges have caused me to limit my calendar - but I’m hoping to have one for the Full Moon Eclipse.

M3ssag3 me to be on the prenotification list.

YOUR CROWN
When the Moon eclipses the Sun, only the outer glow aura, the corona, the crown, of the Sun can be seen.
Dive into the blackness of the Moon Shadow through meditation, Shamanic Journey, or whatever way you use to go within, to discover your own personal Crown.

Make this a Fiery Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse to Roar about!

Self Comfort ~ Shamanic Weather July 10 to 12

This has been a hella week, and we have an emotionally stirring weekend ahead.

The Astrology encourages us to tend to any areas where heartache and old wounds linger.

Love Goddess Venus meets the Dragon's Tail South Node in I'll Make A List For You Virgo.

Our nostalgia for what no longer is (or was) grips like an old song. This is a vulnerable place in our hearts asking for kindness and relief.

Mercury in Retrograde approaches union with the Sun - Cazimi, traditionally a rebirth - this weekend.

Since this happens in Deep Feels Cancer, get ready to receive messages that help guide you on your voyage around the Seas of the Heart.

Chiron, the Wounded Healer, assists in a helpful Earthy Trine to the South Node. You are supported in grounded, steady healing - gradual transformation.

With patience, the fruit that ripens from this tastes sweet. Naps are highly encouraged.

May you rediscover the treasures of your own heart and share them with others ❤️.

Fiery Times Sagittarius Full Moon

Shamanic Weather ~ May 31, 2026

The Fiery Times Sagittarius Full Moon burns brilliantly in the sky, reaching its peak on May 31, 2026 at 1:44 am Pacific Time.

Opposite “Just One More Question” Gemini Sun, it activates the Air/Fire elemental axis of these two highly stimulating, never boring signs.

~ MOONY FACTS ~

As the second full moon in May 2026, it’s called a Blue Moon (but think of that as blue fire)!

It’s in “If You Can’t Take The Heat” Sagittarius, so it pulls no punches, is pointed and direct.

The Moon is Out of Bounds (veers significantly South of the ecliptic) - amplifying the moody nature of the “Inner You” Moon archetype.

It’s also a Micro-Moon - swinging at one of its furthest points away from the Earth. This aspect drives your sharpened focus inward to seek meaningful answers and revealing personal insights.

~ POWERFUL GODDESS ENERGY ~

We already consider the Moon to be a yin presence, now standing opposite of the Sun as a yang force.

Watch the feminine rise as she draws upon the power of the Goddesses in these beneficial connections:

Trine (balance energy) “Clever Strategist Pallas” Athena
Sextile (activation energy) “I Demand R.E.S.P.E.C.T.” Juno
Sextile “Power Of Devotion” Vesta

~ WHAT TO EXPECT ~

Seven heavenly bodies (including the Goddess asteroids/dwarf planets) are in the Fire Element, six are in Air.

That’s alchemy in action, generating change quickly. The Sagittarius/Gemini axis is also Yang energy which supports transformation through outward action.

So, Expect Big Things - you might focus on making some changes, reorienting your beliefs, literally setting fire to your ships so you have no choice but to move forward.

Worst case scenarios and/or grandiose ideas burn like wild fire through you.

Take counsel with the wise ones, perhaps some more feminine sages or trusted grandmothers, in your world. Ponder consequences before plunging ahead.

~ LETTING GO ~
Harvest what you’ve grown, expanded and learned, and pare away that old stuff.

This is a great Full Moon for burning something symbolic of the “you” you are leaving behind. Or the “them.” You get the idea!

A Blue Moon is a rare event. Make this one to Roar about!

Crystals have their own frequency and consciousness.

I've heard them described as liquid light.

When we come into relationship with the Stone People, they can be our allies, healers, portals, and even teachers.

Working with them is a daily experience for me.

What arr your favorite rocks?
