Last year I had to pause our outdoor sound baths.

Getting the right insurance to meet the city’s permitting requirement took longer than I hoped and honestly I was also grieving from personal life happenings. I had to honor the pause and allow for things to align in their own timing.

But we’re back. 💫

This Mother’s Day I’m returning to host an outdoor sound bath and I couldn’t think of a more perfect day to gather again in nature. I’ve missed these gatherings so much! 🥹

This one is for the mothers, the daughters, the grieving, the celebrating, and everyone who simply wants to be held for an hour.

One lens of perception 🍽️✨

Astrology is something I’m endlessly meditating on and studying. I find that learning it through things we’ve already experienced or know in a tangible way helps to ground in the language more.

When I lived in Vegas with my family I used to go to the buffet all the time when I was younger. This analogy got me good. 😂 I am going to be exploring the lenses of it for a bit. 😍
