A second lung cancer scare led Doreen to a faster, less invasive biopsy using robotic bronchoscopy at Sharp. Sandy is known for showing up, staying present and advocating for patients with complex needs. Through care coordination, problem‑solving and persistence, she helps patients and families move forward with confidence and dignity.

Abby leads with empathy, integrity and a strong commitment to patient‑centered care. She supports her teams, fosters collaboration and helps create an environment where clinicians feel supported and patients receive safe, high‑quality care.

COMING SOON: The new Sharp Rees-Stealy Chula Vista!

Opening January 26, 2026 at 480 H St. in Chula Vista, this state-of-the-art medical center is designed to better serve our patients and the South Bay community.

The 75,000-square-foot facility will replace the existing Sharp Rees-Stealy locations at 525 Third Ave. and 344 F St. in Chula Vista and enhance access to primary, urgent, specialty and rehabilitation care.
