Getting older doesn’t automatically mean your body is falling apart.
But 😌 It does mean your habits stop being invisible.
The stuff you could get away with at 22? Yeah… it’s loud now.
Skipped sleep.
No strength training.
High stress + zero recovery.
Living off vibes and caffeine.
Aging just turns the volume up on how you are currently caring for your body.
Not as a punishment, as feedback.
The good news?
Your body isn’t “breaking down.” It’s asking for better inputs.
Move your body.
Lift some weight.
Stretch occasionally.
Eat like an adult most days.
Manage stress like it matters (because it does).
You don’t need perfection. You just need to stop pretending your nervous system and joints are optional.
Aging doesn’t ruin your body.
Avoidance just gets harder to hide.
