At our Moms Night Out event, we asked a few moms for one piece of advice they would give to other mothers.

Almost every answer came back to the same thing: let go of the expectation that motherhood is supposed to look a certain way.

Surrender a little. Lead with love. Learn your children instead of comparing them. Focus on what’s happening right in front of you instead of all the noise around you.

The plans will change. The timeline will change. Some days will feel messy and imperfect and still end up meaning everything.

Getting to sit in a room full of women having conversations like this felt really special. A good reminder that sometimes the most meaningful part of these events is simply hearing each other honestly.

At our Mom's Night Out event, we asked a few business owners what quality motherhood gave them that they now bring into their work.

Almost everyone said the same thing: patience and problem-solving.

And honestly, it made perfect sense.

Motherhood asks you to adapt constantly. To lead with intuition. To stay calm in chaos. To figure things out in real time and keep showing up with care.

Getting to celebrate women who bring that same energy into their businesses, families, and communities was really special to us.

A very good reminder that some of the strongest leaders we know are also moms.
