What’s been so magical about these sessions is the depth of areas you can heal, receive answers to, and activate.

There are NO questions or healing off limits - and the most shocking thing? My clients come in with NO idea what information and healing will come through from their own Subconscious (Higher Self) themselves.

What most people don’t understand is that we are not working with the conscious mind in the session. We’re working with the most soul-connected part of you (in a higher dimension) that has access to the past, present, and future of your life, understanding what’s best for your TRUEST, most aligned path…because it knows you to your CORE essence.

When I say the capacity for healing and guidance is infinite…I mean it. Like when a client’s Higher Self healed her Hypothyroidism right there IN the session, and “deleted” it from her body entirely — or when another client who was just beginning their spiritual journey was told that they were “a very advanced, adventurous soul.”

My path to QHHT grew out of my own personal decade-long journey of mind, body, and spirit healing and integration (prompted by nearly a previous decade of debilitating unexplained chronic illnesses, existential dread, and Depression). That transformative journey, combined with my background as a licensed therapist supporting others in their healing journeys and Reiki II healer shapes everything about the way I work with clients. I'm deeply committed to holding a space that feels safe, cozy, enlightening, and trauma-informed.
