Official team announcement from Me for We Design:

Effective immediately, Miss Hazel – 🌸🦋💗⚡️
The energetic yet sweet 1-year-old, rescued from the streets of Mexico, expert in power zoomies and cuddles – has been appointed Chief Reinvention Officer.

Her qualifications:
She knows firsthand what it takes to leave an old chapter behind and step fully into a new one. New home. New name. New life. Zero looking back. 💃🏼💫

(Which, ironically, is exactly what I help humans do with their brands.)

In related news:
Rex, our beloved Chief of Recreation, turned 4 in March and has been granted a raise in the form of extra treats and gets to keep foot of the bed at bedtime. 🤠💙

He’s taken the addition of a direct report surprisingly well, yet sets boundaries for having the corner spot on couch.

Some notes from HR:
— Neither executive has signed their confidentiality agreement. Both have eaten it.
— Meetings now include appearances with one or both of them
— Morale is at an all-time high

CASE STUDY: Synergy One Lending - a national finance company here to help homeowners build gain more than a home loan.

Synergy One had the proof:
→ $1 Billion funded in loans for their clients.
→ Top producers closing loans 7 days faster than competitors.
→ 6K+ followers on Instagram.

But their brand was hindering growth.

Key Problems I saw:
→Their Instagram was built for recruiting loan officers — not connecting and building relationship with their ideal audience First-time homebuyers driving their next stage of growth.
→ No system underneath.
