Today, I am recommitting to minimizing stress in my life 😌

Our top killers, high blood pressure, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, obesity, and depression are all linked to stress.

Unmanaged stress is increasingly a characteristic of many Americans today.”
Thankfully, we are not defenseless to this epidemic.
Proven strategies to release and manage stress include:
