No application fee. No matching fee. No cut from your paycheck. So… how is Flint really $0?

Flint does not charge candidates upfront to apply, get matched, or be considered by sponsoring healthcare employers.

If you’re hired, you’re employed directly by the healthcare facility. Flint does not take a percentage of your paycheck or reduce your hourly wage.

There is a work commitment tied to the sponsorship, and we’ll explain the full terms clearly before you decide to move forward.

Because when it comes to something as important as your career and Green Card journey, you should know exactly what you’re agreeing to.

Employer-sponsored Green Card opportunities are available for eligible healthcare professionals, but the right pathway depends on more than your job title.

Flint reviews factors like your current work authorization, license or certification, location, and available opportunities with our partner healthcare facilities to determine where there may be a fit.

You don’t need to navigate the process alone or know exactly which opportunity is right for you before applying. Start by checking your eligibility, and our team can take it from there.

She thought it sounded too good to be true. Then she started interviewing with hospitals.

Rebeca had been looking for a Green Card sponsorship path for someone already living and working in the U.S. When she found Flint, she was skeptical too.

But after going through the process herself, her message to other healthcare workers is simple: apply and see what opportunities may be available to you.

If you’re an RN, LPN, or CNA already in the U.S. with valid work authorization and looking for employer-sponsored Green Card opportunities, this could be worth exploring.

A Green Card journey can start with something surprisingly simple: finding the right healthcare employer. 💚

For qualified RNs, LPNs and CNAs, Flint helps connect healthcare professionals with facilities offering long-term job opportunities and potential Green Card sponsorship.

Here’s what that can look like:

🏥 Job matching: Flint works with healthcare facilities that are hiring qualified healthcare professionals for long-term roles.

📄 Employer-sponsored Green Card pathway: If a partner facility hires you, that facility becomes your employer and may sponsor your employment-based Green Card process.

🤝 Support throughout the process: Flint helps coordinate the journey, including employer matching, immigration support, documentation guidance and next steps, so you are not trying to figure everything out on your own.

💸 No candidate fees: Flint does not charge candidates application, placement, sponsorship or immigration fees.

A few important things to know before applying:

📍 Candidates generally need to already be in the U.S. with valid work authorization.
📍 RNs should have passed the NCLEX.
📍LPNs and CNAs should hold the appropriate certification or license for their role.
📍Green Card sponsorship is not guaranteed and depends on the employer, role requirements and each candidate’s individual immigration case.

Did you know that about 98% of decided EB-3 I-140 petitions were approved in FY2024?

That number is encouraging, but it’s important to understand what it actually means. It refers to petitions that reached the I-140 decision stage, not everyone who explored EB-3 or started the Green Card process.

An approved I-140 confirms eligibility for the employment-based classification, but it does not grant permanent residence by itself. There are still additional immigration steps to complete.

The takeaway? EB-3 can be a powerful pathway, but having the right qualifications, job opportunity, and sponsoring employer still matters.

Flint helps qualified healthcare workers already in the U.S. connect with facilities offering jobs and Green Card sponsorship.

“I didn’t know it was real.”

After being scammed before, John was understandably cautious when he learned about the opportunity to work in the U.S. and begin his Green Card journey through Flint.

He could have ignored it, but instead, he booked an appointment and decided to learn more.

Then he relocated and received the promised $3,000 in relocation support. That was the moment he realized this opportunity was real.

Today, John is working in the U.S., and his Green Card process is underway with Flint’s support. What started with doubt became a step toward building a more secure future.
