The R8 was a rental but the experience was surreal.

For me, this was never about pretending I own the car. It was about creating a moment I’ll never forget. Training and reminding myself to enjoy the process.

The car literally laid out the path: progress, possibility, next chapter, self-improvement, and came with risks, lessons, wins & losses.

Your body only responds to what you do every day, not your excuses.

Something as simple as popping a plank every day and challenging yourself is all it takes to let your body know it’s working and doing it consistently to get stronger.

Your body only cares whether you showed up today, and then again tomorrow. That’s when I took the process seriously and everything changed for myself.

I showed up with a plan ready to execute. If you’ve got the excuses part handled but no structure to overcome them, that’s where I come in.

I came across who created the Amari Method. This approach combines physical therapy and chiropractic to help relieve pain, regain true balance in the body, and make adjustments without cracking the body, taking any pain killers or having to get surgery.
