Here's a great way to hydrate your kids and make drinking water more fun this summer: cut some fresh strawberries into slices and add it to a water jug. Slice fresh mint and add it to the jug. Add water, give it a stir and chill for a refreshing summer beverage. You can also add some fresh lemon if you like. This should keep for two days in the fridge, just keep adding water to it as you drink! Let us know what you think!

Today is the final day of our get active and fit, 30 days and 30 tips. Here's today's Day 30 tip: Play water gun capture the flag game. It will help keep kids cool and exercise by running around. You’ll need a water gun for each player and two water balloons. Divide players into two teams. Each team must defend a water balloon (instead of a flag) while trying to capture (and burst) the other team’s water balloon. Tag the other team members by squirting them to “freeze” them. Want to release a frozen teammate? Sq**rt them and they will “thaw” and be ready to continue playing. From http://bit.ly/M45ja2
