When teaching a one-on-one session, I have to keep all the resources at the tip of my fingers so as to set up a session that addresses the student’s needs that day, that moment. I can get creative and use much of the therapeutic adjustments to their full extent. Grateful for the Iyengar Yoga teachers who’ve taught me everything I know. 🙏🏽

What hooked you into yoga? For me, it was seeing a roomful of students going (and staying for several minutes) into headstand at an Iyengar Yoga intensive 15 years ago.
