Holding on to the stress and the emotion will actually age you.

In Tarot and the four of cups is regret and past thinking and holding on to the past and not moving forward and we often say that is the card of fast facial aging.

Crying is actually the quickest way to release those emotions. I like to think of emotions as energy in motion.

So you have to move through it by feeling it understanding it releasing it and then transmuting it.

You often see that the people who stay looking the youngest the longest are people who are able to release and move forward and not hold on to the past but live in the present 🩷🩷
