Today's prenatal visit had my heart smiling.
The way he showed up for His wife during the hands on portion truly is everything to birth support. Presence, safety, ease truly changes the atmosphere. This father was ready to bring that ease to his person using the rebozo.

Its always the way fathers show up for their person 🥹🙌

Connections are EVERYTHING.
Although I strongly believe every family deserves a doula, someone who walks with them during their most prolific season and sacred, not everyone is meant to walk it with you. This is why I say interview a handful of doulas because connection NEEDS to be mutual. I don't expect to be EVERYONE'S DOULA because that is just simply impossible. (And I just wouldn't 😅)

This is why I offer free video consultations to know if we will be a good fit for one another 🧡

You deserve to find someone who aligns with you🙌
A healthy and mindful provider knows when they need to recommend else where.

Must Hear!
If you are looking for a doula please interview a handful. I believe every mother and family needs one but you guys may not be the right fit. I truly believe the connection needs to be there!

Doulas come from different backgrounds with different expertise.

advocacy, empowerment will always be the IT for me.
