Lift N Brews is for people who like to lift weights and drink beer, but there's more to it. Lift N Brews represents growth, gratitude, and community. Lifting weights and working out in general is about pushing oneself to grow and improve. Having a good beer means taking the time to appreciate the good in our lives. Whether it is spotting or encouraging someone at the gym or giving a cheers to a go

Starting Jun 14, 2017 Jeremy will be traveling to all 50 states to visit at least 2 gyms and 2 breweries per state and speak with owners to discover lessons learned and and more. Please reach out to be included in this great project! Jeremy has MBA, MA in Kinesiology, Sport Psychology, BS Kinesiology, Exercise Science and has trained hundreds in fitness and thousands in performance enhancement, leadership development, and resilience.

Hello! There is a closeout sale on bottle openers taking place. I haven't put enough effort into making it thrive and the effort I have put it has distracted me from other obligations. While financially not a success it was a good learning opportunity.

Perhaps you want to buy one? Or three?! Here are a few reasons to help..
1. Once they are gone they are gone, capitalize NOW! 😂😀
2. Holidays are around the corner, good gift.
3. Good talking piece/something unique.
4. Each was CNC and hand crafted in the USA with myself having a part in each one.
5. Each sale helps tremendously on navigating the end of the business.
