If you know Grant and me, you know we tend to just... go for it!

The timing is wild, but opportunity came knocking when a commercial kitchen opened up here in Sandpoint. So in November 2025, at eight months pregnant, we decided to take the leap. We’re officially moving Sprig Herbals from our cottage food start to a brand we can share nationwide.

If you don’t know me - I’m Victoria - the founder, formulator, and practicing herbalist behind Sprig Herbals. I’ve spent the last few years (and 500+ hours of formal study) deep in the weeds, literally and figuratively, refining what I want this brand to be.

We believe in working with whole plant preparations and the full expression of nature, the aroma, the depth, and the synergy. We also don’t believe herbs should be tucked away exclusively in a medicine cabinet. They belong in the heart of the home, the kitchen. Grant and I are both totally obsessed with food, and I wanted Sprig to reflect that.

We are so proud to finally introduce Sprig Herbals, launching April 15th 🚀
