So many of y’all have been asking how I personally use our Lymphathix lymphatic drainage cream, especially since it sold out so fast… so here’s my favorite daily routine 🫶🏽

Step ☝🏽: Apply + Massage
I apply the cream to areas like my legs, stomach, or arms and use a handheld roller to really work it into the skin. This helps stimulate circulation and get everything moving.

Step ✌🏽: Let It Absorb
I wait about 10-15 minutes before using my vibration plate so the cream has time to fully absorb instead of rubbing off.

Step 👌🏽: Vibration Plate Session
I spend about 15-20 minutes on my vibration plate doing gentle movements or simply standing. The vibration helps create rapid micro-contractions that support lymphatic flow and help move stagnant fluid.

This combo has become one of my favorite daily habits for feeling less puffy, more energized, and supporting overall wellness naturally ✨
