🎸🥋 Did you know that the King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley, was also a King in Karate? Yes, you heard that right! Apart from mesmerizing the world with his voice and guitar, Elvis had another hidden talent - Karate. 🤩

He earned his first-degree black belt in 1960 under Chito-Ryu stylist Hank Slemansky in Memphis. But he didn't stop there. Elvis continued his training rigorously and eventually achieved an eighth-degree black belt. 🥋🏅

His passion for Karate was so intense that he even defended a man using his martial arts skills just weeks before his untimely death. His dedication to the art was truly commendable and shows us a different side of the King we all love and admire.

Let's remember Elvis not only as an outstanding musician (and I love his music) but also as a dedicated martial artist. Long live the King, in music and in Karate! 🎶🥋👑
