You can be taking levothyroxine, have a “normal” TSH, and still struggle with:

• Weight gain despite eating well
• Hair thinning and eyebrow loss
• Afternoon energy crashes
• Brain fog
• Feeling cold
• Constipation

One of the biggest patterns I see is that women have only had TSH evaluated while key thyroid markers were never reviewed.

Most people I work with aren’t missing motivation. They’re missing information.

Comment THYROID and I’ll send you my Complete Thyroid Symptoms & Labs Guide so you know which symptoms and labs deserve a closer look.

If you feel like you’ve tried everything and still can’t figure out why your symptoms persist…

I offer a Hashimoto’s Root Cause Consultation:
a private 60-minute, one-time session designed to help connect the dots behind what may be driving your symptoms and immune activation.

We look beyond just thyroid labs and explore the bigger picture:
→ gut
→ liver + gallbladder
→ sinus + oral health
→ infections
→ nutrient patterns
→ immune triggers
→ stress physiology

Think of it like a root-cause audit of your health history, symptoms, labs, and patterns.

No ongoing commitment.
No pressure.
Just a focused session to help you better understand what may be getting overlooked.

Comment “ROOT CAUSE” and I’ll send you the details.

A lot of women with Hashimoto’s are walking around with low ferritin and have no idea why they still feel awful even after supplementing iron.

Fatigue.
Hair loss.
Exercise intolerance.
Cold hands and feet.
Feeling exhausted no matter how much they sleep.

And yes sometimes iron supplementation is absolutely needed.

But what I see far too often is women taking iron for years without anyone asking WHY their ferritin is low in the first place.

Because iron doesn’t just magically absorb on its own.

Your body needs:
• healthy digestion
• enough stomach acid
• proper absorption
• lower inflammation
• balanced gut health

And many women with Hashimoto’s are already struggling with bloating, constipation, gut issues, stress, inflammation, or heavy periods all of which can affect how the body absorbs and utilizes iron.

So sometimes the answer is not simply:
“take more iron.”

Sometimes the body is asking for a deeper look.

Your symptoms are not random.
Your labs are not random.
And your body deserves more than surface-level answers.

Most women with thyroid symptoms think:
“If I could just optimize my thyroid… everything else would fall into place.”

But the truth is:
your thyroid is deeply connected to your gut, liver, nervous system, immune system, stress response, and overall inflammation load.

This is why so many women feel defeated when medication or supplements alone don’t fully resolve their symptoms.

Not because they’re failing.
Not because their body is broken.
But because healing often requires zooming out and looking at the bigger ecosystem.

And that process takes time, nuance, and personalization.

This is what I see with clients all the time:
the moment they stop fighting their body and start understanding it… things begin to shift.

Save this post if you’ve been feeling stuck in your healing journey and need the reminder that your body is asking for support not punishment.

At 43, after Hashimoto’s and gallbladder removal, here’s what ACTUALLY helped me feel normal again.👇🏼

Not another detox.
Not another “eat less, work out more” plan.
Not another supplement I found on Google at 2am.

I was exhausted, inflamed, anxious, gaining weight while barely eating, and waking up tired no matter how much I slept.

The harder I tried to lose weight, the worse my Hashimoto’s symptoms became.

These are the things that actually helped me lose weight, get my energy back, and feel like myself again.

✨ Save this if you’re tired of feeling stuck in your body.

1. Stop under-eating.
Your body is already stressed. Eating less and skipping meals usually makes fatigue, cravings, hormone imbalance, and weight gain worse.

2. Stop punishing your body with intense workouts.
More cardio is not the answer when your nervous system is already overwhelmed. Your body needs support, not more stress.

3. Support your metabolism properly.
Eating enough protein, balancing blood sugar, improving digestion, lowering inflammation, managing stress, and prioritizing sleep changed everything for me.

4. Protect your energy like it matters — because it does.
You are not lazy.
You are depleted.
There’s a difference.

4. Get off the “start over Monday” cycle.
Healing happens through consistency, not extremes.
Stop normalizing symptoms.
Brain fog, exhaustion, bloating, anxiety, stubborn weight gain, waking up tired, feeling inflamed all the time — these are signals, not personality traits.

5. Focus on becoming functional before becoming smaller.
When your body finally feels safe again, weight loss becomes a side effect instead of a constant battle.

6. Believe your body is capable of healing.
Even if doctors dismissed you.
Even if your labs looked “normal.”
Even if you’ve tried everything already.

Your body is not broken.
It’s overwhelmed.

And when you support it correctly, everything changes.

You do not have to settle for surviving.
You can feel strong, clear-minded, energetic, confident, and like YOU again.

♥️

Save this for the days you feel defeated in your body.
And send it to the woman who’s tired of being told her labs

POV you have Hashimoto’s, you eat “healthy” all day, finish your workout… and by dinner your stomach feels swollen again.

You cut calories.
You pushed harder in the gym.
You swapped carbs for salads.

And somehow your midsection still feels inflamed, puffy, and stuck.

For a lot of women I work with, this is not just about calories.

It’s often a combination of:
• sluggish bile flow
• constipation
• cortisol stress
• under-eating
• blood sugar instability
• inflammation your body never gets a break from

Your body is not ignoring your effort.
It’s responding to stress signals.

Hi
I don’t talk about this enough…

But I had my gallbladder removed at 20.

And at the time, no one connected the dots for me.

At 25, when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, the only solution I was given was medication.
No one talked about food.
No one talked about my gut.
No one talked about my liver.

And definitely no one explained why I still felt tired, bloated, and stuck in my body… even while “doing everything right.”

Fast forward to today, and after years of learning, testing, and working with women going through the same thing…

I see the same pattern over and over again:

→ You’re eating healthy
→ You’re trying to move your body
→ Your labs are “normal”
→ But the weight won’t budge
→ Your energy is still low
→ And something just feels… off

Here’s the truth most people are missing:

Your thyroid does not work in isolation.

Your liver is responsible for converting thyroid hormones.
Your gallbladder (and bile flow) impacts how you digest fats, absorb nutrients, and eliminate toxins.
And when these aren’t functioning well… your metabolism, energy, and weight are all affected.

So no, it’s not just your thyroid.

This is exactly what I’ll be breaking down in my upcoming masterclass:

“𝗖𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗼’𝘀? 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 & 𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸.”

Most people think their weight loss struggle with Hashimoto’s is just about getting their medication right.

But often it’s actually the constant focus on TSH and dosage.

I see this all the time. When I get on calls with potential clients, they immediately start listing their medication, dosage changes, and lab numbers.

But they’re still dealing with fatigue, cravings, poor sleep, digestion issues , the things that actually impact weight.

When we only focus on adjusting meds, but ignore what the body is experiencing day to day, the cycle continues.

That’s why weight doesn’t shift even when labs look “normal.”

When you start looking at the full picture, not just the numbers, everything begins to change.

Follow for more practical insights on getting to the root of Hashimoto’s.

Everybody is talking about thyroid and weight loss… but that’s only part of the picture.

If you have hypothyroidism, your metabolism can slow down — but fat loss resistance is often more complex than just your thyroid.

Your liver plays a key role in converting thyroid hormones, supporting blood sugar balance, and processing toxins.

And your gallbladder helps release bile so your body can properly break down and absorb fats.

If these systems aren’t working optimally, your body may struggle to use fats efficiently — which can make weight loss feel frustrating, even when you’re doing everything right.

This is exactly what I’ll be breaking down in my upcoming masterclass.

📅 Date: May 15th, 4 PM PST, 90 minutes
🧠 You’ll learn:
• How your thyroid, liver, and gallbladder work together
• Why fat loss can feel harder with hypothyroidism
• What might be missing from your current approach
• Simple ways to better support your body
