For 30 years of my life I’ve been overweight/obese, I never imagined that I would get to this point that I will lose almost 30 lbs. with the help of weight loss medications, switching to pescatarian and being more active in Peloton, it was possible. Even going through menopause, I still lost the weight . I don’t feel deprived and I’m not starving myself. I eat whenever I feel hungry but in small portions and what I can tolerate only. I feel great and I’m down from size 14 to size 8. If you’re interested, please message me.
