It’s not about having everything, it’s about feeling everything. The wind in your hair, the steady rhythm of your boots in the dirt, and a heart that refuses to quit 🤎✨

A country soul knows that strength isn’t loud. It shows up in early mornings, in dusty roads, in choosing to stand tall even when the path gets tough. It’s in the way you find joy in the simplest things, like wildflowers blooming where they please and a loyal companion by your side 🐴🌼

Give me open land, a stubborn heart, and stories written in every step forward. That’s where freedom lives. That’s where love feels truest 🧡🥾 And honestly, that’s more than enough to feel alive 💕

Every now and then I read something that makes me pause.

This review came in recently, and what stayed with me wasn’t the phrase “life changing.” It was something simpler. The writer described weaving these practices into her daily meditation, into the ordinary rhythm of her life, and noticing that she felt more connected and grounded.

That’s always been the intention behind Tiny Shifts.

Not a dramatic reinvention or sweeping overhaul, but learning how to work with what shows up. The tight shoulders before a meeting, the racing thoughts when we’re running late, the subtle tension that follows us into the evening...

We often think the change has to be big to matter. But what I’ve seen, again and again, is that small, repeatable shifts shape our days in quiet but measurable ways. A breath noticed, a jaw softened, or a question asked at the right moment.

Over time, those moments accumulate.

I’m grateful when someone takes the time to share how the work is landing in their life. It reminds me why I wrote the book in the first place.
