I recently shared how lectins can affect your gut health. So which foods are the biggest culprits? 👇
Grains: Wheat, barley, rye, oats, corn (best to avoid) 🌾
Legumes: Beans, lentils, chickpeas, soy (can be eaten if pressure cooked). Skip peanuts. 🫘
Nightshades: Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant (can be eaten if peeled, seeded, and pressure cooked). Potatoes should be peeled and pressure cooked. 🍆
Nuts/seeds: Cashews, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds (avoid) 🌻
