"Unscented" can still include fragrance ingredients added to mask other smells. "Natural" has no FDA definition. GOTS certified organic does have a standard, and it's independently audited. That's the word we use. Our pads are organic cotton and perfume-free.

Federal rules require absorbency + a TSS warning on the box. Ingredients aren't on that list (NY and CA have their own laws). Ours is printed on the tube: 100% certified organic cotton.
