The spring equinox is approaching!! this marks a time where yin begins to wane, and yang begins to increase as we transition from winter to spring. Energetically, the equinoxes invite us to reflect on the balance in our lives. Our are lifestyles sustainable? There are moments when working hard is most appropriate, which can be balanced by moments of relaxing into grace. Sound medicine allows us to achieve vibrational integrity and balance with that which we are creating.

happy full moon in libra beauties!

I have been doing a social media detox these past few weeks and it’s honestly been so nice. I often use social media as a distraction and these past few weeks were so intense with school and exams, so it was so important for me to be extremely focused and limit the amount of distractions I had. It was nice to take time to really connect with myself as well, as social media sets a lot of standards & can often altar reality in some way.

On social media we are bombarded with soo much information and sensory input and it was really nice to limit that for a little while.

I did honestly feel a huge difference in my attitude and mental health and presence, as I spent less time on technology, and was more present on my day to day. I hope that now I will be able to show up on this platform most authentically.

This full moon is saying love over judgment — always!!

The sign of Leo is ruled by the sun, it Is creative, passionate, joyful. When the archetype of Leo loves themself & shares it with others they light up the whole world and creates love & abundance for all! The low side of Leo is getting trapped in self-centeredness/ ego and narcissism.
