If stretching was working for you, your neck probably wouldn’t keep getting tight.
Stretching can feel great, but if the relief only lasts a few hours or a day, there’s usually a reason.
Your neck often compensates for restrictions elsewhere, including the upper back, shoulders, chest, and surrounding fascial tissues.
Instead of asking, “What do I need to stretch?” try asking, “Why is my neck working so hard?”
That’s often where lasting change begins.
