When I was dealing with sciatica, I was mostly on bed rest and walking with a walker for months.
As someone who helps people move and feel better for a living, that was incredibly frustrating.
One of the biggest things I learned was that recovery isn’t always straightforward. There wasn’t one exercise, one stretch, or one treatment that magically fixed everything.
I had to learn how to manage inflammation, pay attention to my body’s responses, stay consistent without overdoing it, and be patient when progress wasn’t linear.
Most importantly, the experience gave me a deeper understanding of what people living with pain go through every day.
It’s one thing to study pain. It’s another thing to live it.
That experience made me even more passionate about helping people who feel stuck, frustrated, and limited by their bodies.
If you’re dealing with sciatica or persistent pain, I understand how isolating and awful it is.❤️
I would love to be a part of your healing journey.
