We’re looking for a curated selection of local makers, artisans, food & beverage vendors, specialty gift makers, artists, and unique small businesses to join us.

✨ Handmade goods

A beautiful way to close out the 2026 season with the last Floating Sound Bath at Morton’s Warm Springs Much gratitude to all of our community who attended the day retreats, floating sound baths and Float Fest. Sincere thanks to the staff and for last night, to the 40+ souls that showed up including our wonderful volunteers. This is always a bittersweet time of year knowing that we have to say goodbye until May. So looking forward to next year and to what is to come! In the meantime, I’m still offering private floating sound baths, (and regular ones, too) and I am in talks with a venue to do floats indoors in the winter, as well winter day retreats in various locations.

Honored to have been invited to provide a sound bath for Círculo de Conexión Hermandad Windsor, held yesterday at and hosted by and other powerful medicine women.

These sisters gathered in a safe and supportive space to share their stories of living as immigrants in this country — stories filled with both joy and grief.

There is a unique kind of courage in leaving behind a place you once called home, people you love, familiar traditions, language, memories, and pieces of your culture, while creating a new life and embracing new opportunities.

They talked about what it means to carry both the grief of what has been left behind and the gratitude for what has been created along the way.

And perhaps one of the most meaningful questions we can ask ourselves is:

How do we remember what is most important to us and bring those pieces of home, culture, connection, and identity into the lives we are creating now?

Through sound, stillness, and shared presence, we created a space to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect.

It was an honor to be invited to be a small part of this beautiful event and to hold space for these women and witness the beauty, strength, and stories they carry with them.

A special bow of gratitude to for helping with translating and set up 🫶

Restore & Renew

What a beautiful way to celebrate Rosh Hashanah and enter the new year with intention, presence, and renewal.

Saturday evening at the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center was truly special. We began with a gentle restorative yoga practice led by creating space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

As everyone settled into Savasana, I began a 45-minute sound bath, allowing the vibrations of the bowls and instruments to carry us deeper into stillness, reflection, and inner renewal.

We then closed the evening with a beautiful mikveh ritual in the pools—a symbolic immersion and an opportunity to release, renew, and step forward into the new year with an open heart.

I’m so grateful to have been part of this meaningful evening and to share the healing power of sound in such a sacred setting.

Wishing everyone a new year filled with renewal, connection, peace, and sweetness.

I look forward to returning and creating this experience together again next year.

Today, Figalga & Secrecto weren’t just nearby—they were active participants in the Equine Assist Reiki & Tuning Fork session. 🐴✨

Even from a distance, both horses positioned themselves facing the client and me, quietly joining the work as energy was being moved. Eventually, they laid down, licking and chewing—behaviors often observed in horses during relaxation and release.

Then, when we reached an area where the client felt a significant amount of stuck energy, both horses suddenly stood, had big releases, and came directly over to the client.

It was such a beautiful reminder that this work isn’t always about what we do—sometimes it’s about creating the space for the horses to participate in their own way. 🤍🐴✨
