In honor of March Madness approaching this month, I’m setting a goal. 👀

During the NCAA Tournament, there will be 67 games played.

I’d love to see if we can get 67 coaches/players to read “Win One Won” before the Final Four. 📚

Enjoyed doing my first ever author event at ! It was fun to interact with everyone and discuss the impact of winning every moment, one day at a time! No matter what your season of life is like right now, the best thing you can do is show up every day with the right approach! You can purchase a copy of the book through the link in bio. Coaching is a grind, and it’s only done well if it’s done out of love. Love for the players. Love for each other. Love for the game. It constantly requires you to live for others and serve the needs of those around you.

These men gave everything they had, every day. I’m grateful for their effort and passion for this program and couldn’t do it without them.

Long nights of laundry, driving vans, scouting reports, recruiting trips, early morning work, filling water bottles, drying up locker room floors after wins, pushing in chairs after events, reffing practice, submitting receipts, loving players, etc.

These guys did it all. The list could go on and on. Grateful to be surrounded by men who love me and love our players.

Forever grateful for these men. Not many people will ever understand the origin story of New College Men’s basketball quite like this first ever coaching staff. IYKYK. I love how it worked out to have the whole gang back together. It’s always bigger than basketball. I hope people never take this program for granted. It was built on blood, sweat, and tears…literally. These guys were, and always will be, a huge part of this story. 💯
