For a year or more I made, drank, and sold my kefir tonics to many happy customers. People who were seeing a major change in their overall health and well-being..Then I got a job that leaves me dead tired at the end of the day. Over time I stopped making and selling this product that I and others so truly believe in. It's been about a year now and I just can not stand the way I feel. This past weekend I made my first batch in over a year and have begun the road to recovery once again. Less than 24 hours since shot 1, and I am already noticing changes in my gut.
