One of the biggest reasons we get in our own way is that we don’t take the time to plan, and nothing makes it worse than having a plan and then scrapping the plan because “you don’t feel like it”.

STICK TO THE PLAN!📝

Repeating this to myself throughout the day has helped me through some of the hardest phases of my training.

Without a plan you are setting yourself up to let your feelings f**k you up.

Not sticking to the plan will make you frustrated because your feelings f**ked you up. This is mentally draining and only makes s**t harder.✨

Stop labeling foods as “good” or “bad”. Food is food.
It’s the dose that makes the poison so learning how to moderate the highly palatable fun foods with a foundation of veggies, fiber and protein is critical to your success.

Our brains are wired to fight us when we restrict to heavily or mute sensations of hunger.

Work with your body not against it. 🙏🏻
