Gold Sheen Obsidian is considered to be a stone of protection and is believed to form a shield against negativity. It helps to absorb all the negative energies from the environment. It also helps you make spiritual connections, and can assist you to contact your personal spirit guides.

This specific variety of obsidian has this unusual sheen effect due to hot bubbles of steam being trapped within the stone as it cools.

Do you pay attention to signs? I was just walking outside and I noticed this feather floating down right in my path. I caught it as I was walking. I love when I find feathers and take it as a sign from my spirit guides. Sometimes they can be hard to interpret, but last night I did a bay leaf manifestation, so I’m thinking it’s related to that. Just to let me know they heard me and to be patient. ❤️

What do you need to know right now?
Death and the 10 of Wands

You have been carrying around a heavy burden and it’s felt like a lot of work. You may be overworked with your career, home life, or maybe in your relationship. You feel like you are putting forth all the effort and it’s starting to become overwhelming. The death card is a card of transformation and show us that this burden is coming to an end.

Advice

Relationships. Some relationships become a burden. When this happens, have the presence of mind to put them aside. Relationships involve more than one person. When you’ve done all you can do to make a relationship a success, there’s no shame in withdrawing from a bad situation.

Work. Over-extending yourself on a regular basis is not a sign of strength: it’s evidence of poor judgment. You cannot perform at your best when exhausted. There are too many irons in the fire. Review your values and make tough choices, letting go of work that isn’t critical.

Spirituality. When we are exhausted, we tend to feel disconnected from Spirit. Restore yourself (and your spirit) by scheduling regular quiet time. Guard this appointment with contemplative silence as jealously as you would an appointment with a life-saving doctor. Disconnect—and reconnect.

Personal Growth. Knowing your own limits is a sign of maturity. Don’t take on more than you can reliably handle. It’s better to be respected for saying “No” than hated for saying “Yes” and failing to deliver. When unreasonable demands are made, point them out and sidestep them.
