Most of us are familiar with the beauty of conscious self-discovery. But there is another layer where the deepest shifts reside. As a facilitator, I partner with you to access the wisdom of your subconscious. You are the one doing the work. Your subconscious mind holds the blueprint for everything you experience. Sometimes, it can be helpful to have a direct line of communication with that blueprint.
I combine my intuition with muscle testing (kinesiology) as a gentle feedback system to do just that. It is like a compass that helps me navigate beyond the surface stories to find exactly what needs to be released—whether that is stagnant energy or emotions that have served their purpose.
We don’t spend time digging into old, negative beliefs. Instead, we focus on locking in the positive statements that align with the life you are creating now. The body knows the way. I just listen.
