Everything is temporary,
don't stress.

No matter how heavy the moment feels, it will eventually pass. Every emotion rises and falls. Every challenge comes and goes. Every season of life moves forward, even when you feel stuck.

The things you are worrying about today will not matter forever.
Pain softens.
Confusion clears.
Storms settle.
Life finds balance again.

Nothing stays the same.
Not the hard times, not the good times, not the people who enter or leave your life.
Change is the only constant, and understanding this makes everything easier to bear.

Instead of stressing over what you cannot control, breathe through it.
Instead of fearing the future, trust that you will handle it when it comes.
Instead of clinging to what hurts, allow it to move through you.

Buddhism teaches the truth of impermanence: everything is always changing, moment by moment.
Suffering comes from wanting things to stay the same.
Peace comes from accepting that nothing does.

When you understand this, you stop stressing over what is temporary
and start appreciating the present for what it is.

Everything changes.
Everything passes.
Let that truth bring you peace.

You don’t need courage for the entire journey, you only need courage for the first step.
You got this!
