Nobody tells you that “just lose weight” isn’t actually helpful advice when you have PCOS/PMOS 👇🏼

Especially when you’ve already TRIED eating less, tracking calories, cutting carbs, working out more + doing everything you thought you were supposed to do...
and the scale still won’t budge.

Because with PCOS, sustainable weight loss isn’t just about trying harder to eat less.

Your daily habits matter SO much more than you’ve probably been taught.

Things like:
• eating enough protein + fiber
• building balanced meals that support your blood sugar
• strength training instead of trying to burn as many calories as possible
• walking consistently
• actually eating ENOUGH throughout the day
• getting 7-9 hours of sleep
• supporting your nervous system + managing stress

And when we stop focusing ONLY on making the number on the scale go down and start focusing on supporting your body?

That’s when you can start working toward changes like:
• more stable energy throughout the day
• fewer intense cravings
• feeling satisfied after meals
• getting stronger + building muscle
• better sleep
• feeling less obsessed with food
• losing weight in a way you can actually maintain
• finally feeling like you’re working WITH your body instead of constantly fighting against it

And THIS is exactly what I help women do through my 1:1 PCOS coaching program💜

Instead of handing you another generic PCOS meal plan or telling you to “eat less and move more,” we look at YOUR nutrition, movement, blood sugar, sleep, stress + lifestyle and figure out what actually needs to change for you.

You’ll get a personalized plan, ongoing support + the accountability to actually implement it in your real life.

Because you don’t need another list of things you “should” be doing.

You need someone to help you figure out what YOUR body needs and support you while you actually do it.

If you’re ready to work toward sustainable PCOS weight loss without another restrictive diet, comment READY and I’ll send you the details for working with me 1:1 💜

Okay so what should you actually do INSTEAD? ↓

Because improving your PCOS symptoms actually doesn’t mean you need to completely overhaul your life, cut out everything you love, or follow a perfect hormone-balancing routine.

Start here:
• Instead of drinking coffee on an empty stomach → eat a protein-rich breakfast first, then enjoy your coffee

• Instead of skipping meals → eat consistently throughout the day so you’re actually giving your body the energy it needs

• Instead of barely getting protein → aim to include a solid protein source at every meal

• Instead of obsessing over calories → focus on building balanced meals with protein + fiber-rich carbs + healthy fats

• Instead of sacrificing sleep → aim for 7-9 hours as consistently as you can

• Instead of scrolling until the second you fall asleep → give yourself even 20-30 minutes of screen-free time before bed

• Instead of relying on highly processed foods for most of your meals → focus on adding more whole, nutrient-dense foods while still leaving room for the foods you LOVE

None of these things are groundbreaking.
And you probably already know you “should” be doing most of them.

The hard part?
Actually implementing them consistently when you’re busy, tired, traveling, stressed, eating out, don’t feel motivated, or life just isn’t going according to plan.

THAT is where so many women with PCOS get stuck.
You don’t need another list of PCOS tips to save and forget about.
You need support turning what you already know into habits you can actually stick with.

And that’s exactly what we’re doing inside the Becoming Balanced Together community💜

BBT is my PCOS support community where you’ll get the guidance, accountability + support to actually implement the nutrition, blood sugar balance, movement, sleep + stress habits that support your hormones in REAL LIFE.

Eating for PCOS doesn’t need to be complicated, I promise😍

One of the most common things I see in new clients who want to reverse their PCOS symptoms, have tried everything and still can’t lose weight? They’re not eating enough food!

And I know it sounds coutnerinutituve because if you want to lose weight you should “eat less,” right? But in reality that is SO not the case.

Our body needs fuel to function. Our hormones are literally made from amino acids in the protein we eat, cholesterol from the healthy fats we eat and the carbohydrates we consume drive the energy behind our hormones actually doing what needs to be done in our bodies.

FOOD IS INFORMATION FOR OUR BODY.

Of course, what we are eating, when and how much, is what we need to pay attention to.

I used to skip breakfast, have no protein at lunchtime, and then be starving at dinner and eat way too much.

This left my body in such a state of stress, which is why my PCOS symptoms were so bad - only got my period 2-3 times per year, was bloated all the time and gaining weight, getting daily headaches and couldn’t sleep through the night because of my anxiety.

My body was screaming at me to fix my hormones, and I’m SO happy that I listened because since then everything has changed.

I have WAY more energy now, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been physically, I get my period regularly with very minimal symptoms and I feel SO much more confident and connected to my body in a way I never had before.

So if you’re ready to make changes, learn how to eat FOR your hormones and reverse your symptoms, comment WAITLIST below to get more info on my online community, Becoming Balanced Together (BBT), where you get weekly PCOS friendly meal plans (and lots more).

Doors to BBT open again September 1st! Let’s do this 🎉🎉
