I worked in health information management for 7 years before I had a degree or the RHIT cert.

No certification.
No degree.

And I still leveled up into leadership.

By 23, I was managing one of the largest home healthcare agencies in Washington, DC.

But here's what I want you to understand — I always knew the credential mattered. I just had to wait until I was in a season where I could pursue it. And when I finally did?
