Today, we honor the brave military men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and communities. We also extend our deepest gratitude and remembrance to the fallen firefighters, police officers, paramedics, dispatchers, and first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting and serving others.
Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It is a sacred invitation to pause… to remember… and to honor.
Today may also bring forward the faces and memories of loved ones we have lost — family, friends, mentors, partners, children, parents, and cherished souls whose absence is still deeply felt. May we allow space for both the love and the grief that remain intertwined.
Grief is often a reflection of love that still lives within us.
As you move through today, may you honor the lives that touched yours. Speak their names. Share their stories. Feel their presence. Allow the ache if it comes, and allow the gratitude too.
We remember those who served. We remember those we lost.We honor the courage, the love, and the legacy they leave behind.
With reverence and gratitude,inLIGHTen Wellness
