We invite you to The Murray Method® Level I, an experiential trauma training for therapists, coaches and helping professionals. Developed by Marilyn Murray, this model is a comprehensive guideline for living which contains theory and treatment modalities including the widely implemented Trauma Egg® and Circles of Intimacy. The model allows clients to safely organize traumatic events, unmet needs, and adaptive responses.

A key tool in the training is the Trauma Egg® framework, which helps therapists map trauma, losses, and unmet needs visually and conceptually, allowing clients to work through their experiences in a contained, structured manner while remaining supported.

This model is highly flexible, allowing you to:

Engage clients in creative, experiential ways
Adapt it for groups, workshops, and community programs
Use practical, stand-alone tools to guide clients or groups in developing healthy skills for change
Expand your income beyond one-on-one sessions and maximize your impact with your valuable time
Level I combines hands-on practice, demonstration, and reflection, giving you tools you can implement immediately in therapy, group settings, or community-based work.
