Taylor upgraded today!
➡️goodbye to her headbands that hold onto her cochlear implant and keeps it in place.
✅ hello to wearing it directly on her ear!
💜 Thank you to our favorite audiologists that helped us realize how easy it was to switch it to her ear!!! We’ve come a LONG way over the years!

Her last day of camp at Park 365!!!! We met some new friends, reconnected with old friends, and learned about a lot of new resources from parents and teachers to help us support Taylor.

Guess who turned 6 today!!!!!! From her early diagnosis with Gaucher Disease, all the hospital stays and doctor visits, therapy sessions, etc etc. today seemed so far away back then. But look at her now. Loving Flying Squirrels baseball, soccer and drinking ranch at restaurants.

A quick trip over to Luray Caverns during spring break. While Mommy and Grayson were looking at something, I asked Taylor if she wanted to take her picture. So when I did, she quickly did the second pic and said “take a picture of my butt.” With tons of people around there ya go Tay!

Taylor likes to trick Chief the cat, by opening the door and letting him on the porch, which he loves. He thinks he can somehow make it outside from there. Then she follows him on out on the porch and closes the door, trapping him out there so she can spend time with him. As you can tell, he doesn’t necessarily want to spend time with her. Yet, falls for it every single time.
