Some advice sounds smart until you realize itā€™s built on limitations instead of possibilities. Life doesnā€™t happen one category at a time, so why should growth?

Sometimes youā€™re building your health, your career, your confidence, your relationships, and your future all at once. It wonā€™t always be perfectly balanced, but that doesnā€™t mean you have to put your life on hold.

Yā€™all are gonna hate me for thisā€¦the gym bros are right.

Eating less and moving more is still how body fat is lost.

A GLP-1 doesnā€™t change the laws of thermodynamics.

It changes the biology that makes following them so damn difficult.

Thatā€™s the difference.
