Monday Privates call 732-606-2457 for appt
Tuesday Zoom Yoga Flow at 12 Noon
4:30 PM at The Atlantic Club in Manasquan
Wednesday 11 AM Virtual and in Studio at Karma Barre and Yoga
afternoon privates available
Thursday 4:30 PM at The Atlantic Club
Friday 11:30 AM at The Atlantic Club
6 PM at River Yoga (10 participants. Please check for availability.)
Saturday 11 AM at Karma Barre and Yoga

River Yoga and Karma Barre have open window ventilation and proper sanitization procedures.
The Atlantic Club has air purification and sanitization in place.
