The Virtual Physiatry Mentors are a couple of board-certified PM&R physicians who saw a need for mentorship during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

An updated video on what a typical work week looks for me as a PM&R interventional spine physician at a multidisciplinary spine private practice. Last time I made a video like this, I hadn't incorporated . Telemedicine is here to stay, yay!

Here's my template for my weekly schedule. I forgot to mention call, but my call is via phone and a month at a time every 4 months on the PM&R patients in the practice. Average 0-5 calls a MONTH. I really love my job and practice. There is a lot of autonomy.

In a completely full week:
57 injection slots (15 min each)
15 new patients (30 min slots)
30 follow-ups (15 min slots)
10 EMGs (which can also be NP, 45 min slots)
