Lentil Bolognese 🍝

Pasta is one of my favorite comfort foods, I use to hate spaghetti as a kid because it’s was the only thing my dad knew how to make so every Wednesday night and every other weekend for YEARS I hated spaghetti and now it’s nostalgic for me, the ingredients are a bit different now but eating spaghetti always makes me thing of my dad 🤍
