Spring Blessings!
It's a potent time of pure potential when the natural world awakens from its winter rest. As new life springs forth all around us, this sacred time invites us to embrace our own awakening and renewal.
It's an important time to create space for yourself to allow your body to attune to the season and shift into this yang time of the year.
Some of my favorite ways to attune to the Spring season are to:
🌟 STEP OUTSIDE
Place your feet directly on the Earth. Walk barefoot to attune to the Earth's energies and notice what new growth is emerging. Find a place you can return to often to soak up the natural world and just be.
✨️ REFLECT
Create space to reflect and write a detailed list of your new desires, prayers, and intentions for the coming season and create an action plan with tangible steps to implement it.
🌟 NOURISH
Turn inward to explore how your body wants to be nourished. Are you needing to support your body with a cleanse? What vibrant whole foods is your body craving? What needs to shift to bring you back into balance?
✨️ CREATE
Desinate a place to anchor your intentions and prayers. It can be a side table, bookcase or special place. Add things that light up your heart and soul, remind you of your intentions & prayers and reflect the spring energy.
