This is happening tonight at 6pm!

If your child (ages 7–12) struggles with big emotions- anxiety, frustration, anger, overwhelm, shutting down...I’m running a live online workshop to help support them in understanding why they feel so overwhelmed, what's happening in the moment and how to manage the feelings as they come up.

It's an art based workshop and it gives kids simple, practical tools to identify how they feel, express those feelings and how to release the stress of everyday stressors.

It’s just $37 and packed full of fun, engaged hands-on learning more about themselves. And, I'll even send you over a guide to help support them as their parent.

Most responses sound like:
“Okay, fine.”
“Why are you being like this?”
“Talk to me.”

And it either escalates… or shuts everything down as they storm off to their room.

Try this instead:
“I can tell something feels big right now. I’m here when you’re ready- do you want space or for me to sit with you?”

This does 3 things:

* Removes pressure
* Keeps connection open
* Gives them a sense of control

And that’s often what they’re actually needing.

But here’s the part no one talks about…

How do we teach them what’s happening in their mind and body when emotions bubble up and pressures intensify and how to communicate that in a healthy and effective way?

That’s exactly what we’re practicing live this week.

If you’ve ever walked away thinking “that went from 0 to 100 and I have no idea why!”

This workshop will give your pr***en the tools they need to help regulate their emotions and express them in a healthy way.

Doors close soon! Volcano of Emotions workshop is tomorrow at 3:00PST/6:00EST.

If your child has big reactions sometimes- frustration, anxiety, overwhelm, shutting down...you’re definitely not alone.

Most kids just haven’t been taught what to do with those feelings yet.

I’m hosting an interactive and creative online workshop (ages 7–12) to help with exactly that: Volcano of Emotions 🌋

It’s just $37, and Step Up is accepted.

Some days, it’s not the yelling—it’s the eye rolls. Your pr***en shuts their door, locks you out emotionally, and gives you one-word answers when you try to connect.

Sound familiar?

Eye rolls and silence often masks deeper feelings like sadness, worry, or fear of being misunderstood. Your guide’s section on tracking patterns can help uncover what’s beneath the surface. Here’s a strategy to try today:

Acknowledge without pressure: “I’ve noticed you’ve been quiet lately. I’m here if you want to talk.”

Offer a safe choice: “Would it help to vent, or would you rather brainstorm together how to handle what’s bothering you?”

Respect their boundaries: Let them come to you when they’re ready, and gently remind them you’re there.

Even small gestures like leaving a note of encouragement can make a big difference.

Rooting for you!

I hear it all the time…

My child comes home from school and completely loses it.

Tears.
Snapping.
Shutting themselves in their room.
Exploding over something small.

Here’s what most parents don’t realize:

School requires hours of emotional performance.

Your pr***en is spending the entire day:

• navigating social dynamics
• worrying about what others think
• managing embarrassment
• sitting on uncomfortable feelings
• trying to “fit in”
• pushing through anxiety
• following constant rules

They are holding it together all day long.

By the time they walk through your front door, their nervous system finally feels safe enough to release the pressure.

Cue the volcano of emotions.

The real question to ask is…How do I help my child regulate after a day like that?

This is exactly the kind of emotional skill-building I work on with pr***ens through art therapy - giving them tools to process what their bodies have been carrying all day.

If your child struggles with after-school overwhelm, download the Confident Pr***en Blueprint in my bio.

Because a page doesn’t interrupt.

It doesn’t judge.

It doesn’t correct.

It doesn’t try to fix it.

It just holds whatever shows up.

For anxious pr***ens, that safety is everything.

That’s why art therapy creates breakthroughs talking sometimes can’t.

Ready to give your pr***en a safe space to learn how to regulate their emotions and naturally build their confidence?

Send me a DM or comment ART and I’ll send you the link to book a consult call.

If they watch you:

Ignore your needs
Stay stuck
Suppress dreams

They learn that’s adulthood.

But if they watch you:

Explore
Grow
Take brave steps

They learn life is expandable.

And that lesson will shape them forever.
